Division Four League Cup Quarter Finals

A really bad day for Doddinghurst Olympic who crashed out of the League Cup and lost top spot in the League on the same day. Old Chelmsfordians Reserves winning score of 9-3 was coincidently the score Doddinghurst won by to reach this stage. Hat tricks galore for Fulbrook Royals as Martin Newman and Chris Jones achieved the feat with Kevin Hunt going one better with four against Academy Soccer.  Dave Mathurin completed the 11-2 win. Six was the number of the day for Hutton Old Boys Reserves against Ludlows as this was the number of goals they scored to record their six consecutive victory in all competitions.

Division Four East

A Steve Green goal gave Ford Basildon Reserves a half time lead against Rayleigh, but they could not hold on against the wave of attacks in the second half as the spolis were shared.

Division Four West.

Switching the game to Bishops Stortford really paid off for Hatfield Broad Oak as they went to the top of the table thanks to goals from John Newman 2, Carl Sanderson, David Milne and Grant Alabaster against Lowhall.

All other games in the League were postponed due to the weather.
