FIXTURES

Clubs must accept kick off times between 1pm and 3pm provided teams have been advised of the kick off time by noon on Tuesday at the latest.

Clubs to be asked to check fixtures in advance, we have had a number of teams moving pitches late in the week, whilst this is great people trying to get games played it has caused a great deal of extra work for Referee Appointment Secretaries

ABANONDED FIXTURES

Any abandoned games must be reported by both teams to the League Secretary by 7pm on the day of the abandonment.

POSTPONED FIXTURES

HOME TEAMS -Any fixtures that are postponed after 6pm on Sunday and up to 11.59pm on Friday you must email evlfixtures@gmail.com and evlreferees@gmail.com as well as notifying the Referee and opponents

Any fixture postponed on Saturday you must make PERSONAL CONTACT with the Referee and the Opponents. This should be a phone call. If you get no answer and send a text or email you must ensure you receive a reply. You MUST also ring the Referee Appointment Secretaries number 01268 944066 and email evlreferees@gmail.com

AWAY TEAMS - Any fixtures if you cannot field a side after 6pm on Sunday and up to 11.59pm on Friday you must email evlfixtures@gmail.com and evlreferees@gmail.com as well as notifying the Referee and opponents.

If you cannot field a side on Saturday you must make PERSONAL CONTACT with the Referee and the Opponents. This should be a phone call. If the game is in an outside Competition and it is postponed for any reason you must email evlfixtures@gmail.com and evlreferees@gmail.com

RESULTS TEXT MESSAGES

Results Text Messages must be submitted by 7pm.

TEAM SHEETS

It is team’s responsibilities to give the team sheet with the players names to the Referee and Opponents prior to the kick off.

The date of birth, post code and signature should only be completed if requested by the opponents or a League Official.

Team Sheets should be retained for one month in case the League requests them. After this time they can be destroyed
